Visualisation and Reporting

Data is the blood-stream of our Cloud Platform. Either data being sent from edge devices or residing somewhere else in the cloud, the IoT platform is focused on collecting it, storing it, triggering events and providing insights. The system interprets all this data for you and presents it to you in a ‘ready-to-use’ dashboard. Which saves you a lot of time connecting the right data and translating it into something meaningful.

The Insights tool allows you to easily build and visualise relevant reports. Our Cloud Platform has a composer with which you can choose the relevant fields for your visualisation. The reports are presented in multiple shareable dashboards. You can always add views right to your home screen.

We take security seriously

With our VPN service you can connect your smart devices directly to your enterprise private network, keeping sensitive information tunneled from the SIM cards to your infrastructure.

Network Presence Service

For each SIM-enabled device, our Cloud Portal shows real-time information regarding the Network Attach Status and Data Session PDP status for each endpoint. Providing you with an instant network view available for each SIM-enabled device. The Cloud Portal brings information regarding the current attached mobile network operator, PDP connection status, device information (IMEI) and provisioning information (APN, device ids, metadata and security credentials).

Monitor Dashboards and Reports

Our Cloud Portal provides tools to run reports and gather data for your SIM-enabled devices. Reports can provide information for the entire devices fleet, a specific group of devices, or a single device.
All sorts of custom reports can be easily built using all types of data. Subsequently, each report can be assigned to a custom Dashboard of your choice, in order to group graphs based on your requirements.

Track and Trace your SIM Cards

With our product comes a location-based service that allows customers to query and instantly find the geographic location of any of their wireless devices on the CheerIoT Mobile network. The instant location solution is available to every device (including non-GPS-enabled devices) and is 100% network based. You guessed it: no additional software is needed. Our track and trace service uses Cell ID, ECID and Assisted GPS information to provide location information based on supported Mobile Networks worldwide.

Realtime Notifications and Events

Easily monitor your SIM-based deployments by viewing all relevant information at a single glance. Analyse current and historical data for each individual device and for all traffic bearers.

Rich Configuration Profiles

Each SIM card can be easily configured via the web portal to satisfy each custom deployment requirements. Configuration options include enabling or disabling Data services, APN credentials authentication and authorisation and device-based locking as well as global operational service areas definition.

API's for Custom Integrations

All the features available within the IoT Platform are accessible via secure REST jSON/XML APIs, so you can seamlessly integrate the management of your IoT products into your ERP or CRM.
